Welcome to the second instalment of brand new night – Kik Bak, a collaboration brought to you by Badlands (Chew The Fat!), Ficklegruber (Mayo Clinic) & Pogo DJs. Born from their shared love of club music that pushes the boundaries, Kik Bak has been put together by this local collective to give a south London crowd the chance to sample DJs that define the new talent of House, Electro and Techno music (without the need to travel to East London for the pleasure).

Headlining the October event will be Med Damon – part of the infamous Snap, Crackle & Pop collective, a melting pot of House, Bassline and Tech DJs who currently reside at The Egg in Kings Cross. Also attending for a guest spot will be South London DJ Milena (a regular at Inigo & Read the Crowd). Milena’s usual remit brings an eclectic mix of House, Electro, Dubstep & Breaks all dished out in her unique, uncompromising manner!

Heading up the launch night is a DJ & producer who is no stranger to being at the forefront of a scene. Scott Cooper is currently resident at the pioneering Moda club night, playing regularly alongside the likes of Kissy Sell Out, Sinden, Herve & Simian Mobile Disco. Scott’s productions have already found favour amongst the elite of the House scene, with his collaborations and remixes finding homes on labels such as the Chicago-based Pottymouth & Ministry resident - Lee Mortimer’s Wearhouse imprint, making Scott the perfect guest to introduce what promises to be the best House party south of the river.

Break Free launches at Dex for a night of breaks and electro house. Hosted at Inigo for the past 3 years, the night has seen past residents such as Def Inc, DJ Eskimo from Magnet Men and Rogue Element.

Previous guests include Atomic Hooligan, Chad Jackson, Ctrl-Z, Breakfastaz, Nine Lives The Cat, Slim Blue, and from Europe: DJ Flore, Lars Moston and Boogie Army to name a few.

The idea of 'We Have Fun' is to present a range of music from various underground scenes in a way that is inclusive and fun for everyone. We don't believe in supporting a sub-genre or clique at the expense of other music we enjoy and think that a vibe can be carried through different styles of music. We reckon that these days people respond to a more eclectic music policy rather than a single sound all night and will play house, breaks, indie, dnb, and pretty much anything else we like!
